Where we deliver
We deliver within the UK. For delivery outside the UK, contact us for a quote.
Some products are classed as hazardous for transport. Couriers may not carry them to some areas or by air. If we cannot ship an item to you, we will tell you and refund it.
Prices and times

Prices include VAT. Standard delivery usually arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
- We aim to dispatch every order the next working day. We are a small team, so occasionally it may take a little longer.
- Times are estimates and start from dispatch. We are not open for dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.
- Large or heavy orders (for example bulk microcement) may go by pallet. We will quote and agree a date with you.

Couriers and tracking
We send orders by Royal Mail. You will get a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.
Receiving your order
- Someone must be available to receive the parcel. Hazardous goods may need a signature.
- Check the parcel on arrival. If it is damaged, leaking or incomplete, please photograph it and email liquidmetalfx@gmail.com within 7 days, with your order number.
- Store products as shown on the label (for example, protect from frost).
Late or lost orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimate, contact us. Consumers: if we fail to deliver within 30 days (or an agreed date that was essential), you may cancel and get a full refund.
Risk and ownership
Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to someone you nominate. Ownership passes once we receive full payment.
