1. Who we are
Liquid Metal FX is the trading name of Liquid Metal FX Ltd (company number 12686225), Unit 10H, Mostyn Road Business Park, Mostyn Road, Holywell, CH8 9DP, Wales. We are the controller of your personal data.

This policy explains how we use personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What we collect
- Order details: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone, items bought, order history.
- Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Account details: if you create an account: login email and saved addresses.
- Messages: what you send us by email, phone, contact form or WhatsApp [if used].
- Trade details: business name, VAT number and contact person, for trade customers.
- Website data: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, collected through cookies (section 7).
- Marketing preferences: whether you agreed to receive our emails.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

4. Who we share it with
We use these processors, who act on our instructions:
- Wix.com — website hosting, online store, checkout, customer accounts and Wix Payments.
- Google (Google Workspace / Gmail) — business email.
- Payment providers — Wix Payments, PayPal and Klarna.
- Couriers — Royal Mail, to deliver your order (name, address, phone).

We do not sell your data. We may share data if the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Wix and Google may process data outside the UK, including in the USA and Israel. These transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the financial year (tax law).

7. Cookies
Our site runs on Wix, which sets cookies.
