Three steps to a metal finish

No heat, no foundry, no special kit. If you can paint, you can do this.

Mix

Stir the metal powder into the binder at a ratio of 3 to 1: 3 parts metal to 1 part binder by weight.

Apply

Brush, roll, spray or trowel onto primed wood, plaster, MDF, resin or metal.

Finish

Sand and polish to a shine, or spray a patina for verdigris and rust.
